Hello everyone! My name is Nilza. I am founder of this not for profit service organization. My desire is to help those in rural areas of the world to whom resources are limited and far from reach. Often times due to political issues and lack of governmental aide and support, the poor impoverished communities get harmfully neglected. I have been a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for almost 10 years and now as a Nurse Practitioner with a larger network of professional alliances, I intend to improve health care around the world!
My ardent passion and goal in life is to help improve health and lifestyle. I always believed a better world exists for all. In the 1982 war, I lost my mom to a pulse mine placed under my parents' car. I was 6 years old when this happened and as a war witness survivor, I made it my mission to change the lives of those suffering from the experience of war tragedies. I want to make my work a reflection of positive change. I believe my work with Hands-On Global Health will provide life changing humanitarian assistance to those in need because not everyone in the world has health care. We strive toward bringing medical attention, surgical procedures, and vaccinations to regain the health of people in every corner of the world!
Hi! My name is Julie! I have a life long passion to helping people who do not have medical resources available within their reach. In my youth, I would go with my grandmother, who was a social worker, to the rural most southern parts of Illinois. I came across those who were financially incapable to meet their medical needs. Working with my grandmother, sparked a passion in me to help others. After high school, I joined the army to serve my country. After which, I have been serving my local communities via my professional services in emergency medicine. I am glad to be part of an organization whose volunteers are as passionate as I am to helping those in need regardless of race, color, ethnic background, religion, and creed.
